CMS stuff

We are trying out gitbook. Since we like technology at TheChineseWriter we want to make sure that things are well documented. We've looked at Wordpress 6.4 recently and it works quite well with PHP 8.2 which is as of 2024 the most commonly used PHP version it appears.

Other PHP based CMS's such as Joomla or Drupal are not as popular and arguably more difficult to use. They function like web frameworks in a way. You have to know how to build a good frontend!

Headless CMS's typically rely on nodejs and can be difficult to keep well maintained. People don't update their packages inside their package.json!!!
